Good morning lettuce lovers! If you follow me on Instagram you know that I am low-key…okay high-key obsessed with smoothies! I thought it would be fun to a recipe roundup of all my favorites that I sip on daily. I usually have a smoothie a day, but sometimes they are just too good and I have two.
Before we get started, here are a list of my essential smoothie products:
- Chocolate Complete plant-based protein powder
- Vanilla Complete plant-based protein powder
- Mocha Nut Gone Nuts Almond Butter
- Date Me Gone Nuts Almond Butter
- Bee’s Knees Honey Gone Nuts Peanut Butter
- Ninja Mega Kitchen System OR Vitamix 7500
- Favorite frozen fruits
- Wyman’s frozen cherry berry plum w/ cacao nibs
- frozen strawberries, peaches
- frozen bananas
- Spirulina
- Young Living peppermint essential oil
- Toppings
- Chia seeds
- Raw cacao powder
- Grain-free granola
- Dairy-free chocolate chips
- Raw mixed nuts
Peachy Carrot Smoothie!
- handful carrots
- handful frozen peaches
- dash of cinnamon
- 1 scoop vanilla plant protein
- 1 C plant-based milk
BLEND!
The Lean Green Monster Machine!
-
- 1 C favorite green – I like spinach! It blends easier.
- 1 scoop vanilla plant based protein powder (linked above)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 T peanut butter (linked above)
- Ice
- 1 C plant-based milk – I love almond!
Blend and top with your favorite ingredients or sip from a straw.
Pumpkin Pie, Oh My!
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 C pumpin puree
- 1 T molasses
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp clove
- 1 C plant-based milk
- 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
Blend all together! 🙂
Chocolate Candy Cane Lane
1 scoop chocolate plant-based protein powder (Linked above!)
- 1 T raw cacao powder
- 1 drop peppermint essential oil
- ice
- 1 C plant-based milk
Blend together!
Frozen Banana Bread
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 T walnuts
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ice
- 1 C plant-based milk
- 1 scoop vanilla plant-based milk
Blend together!
Banana Angel Food Cake
- 2 frozen banana
- 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
- 1/2 C almond milk
Blend, baby, blend!! This one is THICK and dreammyyyy.
Cold Cocoa
- 1 scoop chocolate plant-based protein powder
- 2 T raw cacao powder
- Ice
- 1 C plant-based milk
Blend – this one is great around “that time of the month” – it cures all chocolate cravings!
Chocolate Sugar Plum & Cherry
- 1 C frozen cherry, plum, cacao nib mix
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 scoop chocolate plant-based protein powder
- 1 C plant-based milk
Blend together and top with peanut butter & granola!
Peanut Butter Lover
- 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
- 1 T peanut butter
- 2 T peanut butter powder
- ice
- 1 C plant-based milk
Blend!!
Vanilla Blueberry Muffin
- 1/2 C frozen blueberries
- 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
- 1 C plant-based milk
Blend and top with your favorite things!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Lover
- 1 scoop chocolate plant-based protein powder
- 1 T raw cacao powder
- 1 T peanut butter
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 C plant-based milk
Blend and top with granola and more peanut butter — so DREAMY!
Scary Spirulina Health Helper
Feeling sick? This one is perfect for you!
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 T vanilla plant-based protein powder
- 1 T spirulina
- 1 C plant-based milk
Blend and sip!
Vanilla Chai Spice
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Chai spice tea packet
- 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
- 1 C plant-based milk
Blend and top with goodies!
Dark Chocolate Cherry
- 1 C frozen cherries
- 1 scoop chocolate plant-based protein powder
- 1 T raw cacao powder
- 1 C plant-based milk
Blend and top with chocolate almond butter (link above!)
Peach Banana Berry
- 1/2 C frozen strawberries
- 1/2 C frozen peaches
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
- 1 C plant-based milk
Blend! This one tastes like summer 🙂
BlueNana
- 1/2 C frozen blueberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- cinnamon
- 1 scoop vanilla complete protein
- 1 c almond milk
Blend!
Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl
- Handful frozen strawberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 scoop vanilla plant protein powder
- 1 C unsweetened plant milk
- a few ice cubes
Topped with sun butter and Blender Bomb granola!

Don’t mind me as I drool ALL over the place. Every single recipe after the next looks ah-may-zing. Gonna have to print this out. I don’t even know which I want to try first!
