Smoothie Recipe Roundup!

Good morning lettuce lovers! If you follow me on Instagram you know that I am low-key…okay high-key obsessed with smoothies! I thought it would be fun to a recipe roundup of all my favorites that I sip on daily. I usually have a smoothie a day, but sometimes they are just too good and I have two.

Before we get started, here are a list of my essential smoothie products:

The Lean Green Monster Machine!

 

 

    • 1 C favorite green – I like spinach! It blends easier.
    • 1 scoop vanilla plant based protein powder (linked above)
    • 1/2 frozen banana
    • 1 T peanut butter (linked above)
    • Ice
    • 1 C plant-based milk – I love almond!

    Blend and top with your favorite ingredients or sip from a straw.

Pumpkin Pie, Oh My!

 

 

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 C pumpin puree
  • 1 T molasses
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp clove
  • 1 C plant-based milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder

Blend all together! 🙂

  • 1 T raw cacao powder
  • 1 drop peppermint essential oil
  • ice
  • 1 C plant-based milk

Blend together!

Frozen Banana Bread

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 T walnuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ice
  • 1 C plant-based milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based milk

Blend together!

 

Banana Angel Food Cake

  • 2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • 1/2 C almond milk

Blend, baby, blend!! This one is THICK and dreammyyyy.

Cold Cocoa

 

 

  • 1 scoop chocolate plant-based protein powder
  • 2 T raw cacao powder
  • Ice
  • 1 C plant-based milk

Blend – this one is great around “that time of the month” – it cures all chocolate cravings!

Chocolate Sugar Plum & Cherry

  • 1 C frozen cherry, plum, cacao nib mix
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop chocolate plant-based protein powder
  • 1 C plant-based milk

Blend together and top with peanut butter & granola!

Peanut Butter Lover

  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • 1 T peanut butter
  • 2 T peanut butter powder
  • ice
  • 1 C plant-based milk

Blend!!

 

Vanilla Blueberry Muffin

 

 

  • 1/2 C frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen bananas
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • 1 C plant-based milk

Blend and top with your favorite things!

 

Chocolate Peanut Butter Lover

  • 1 T raw cacao powder
  • 1 T peanut butter
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 C plant-based milk

Blend and top with granola and more peanut butter — so DREAMY!

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 T vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • 1 T spirulina
  • 1 C plant-based milk

Blend and sip!

Vanilla Chai Spice

  • Chai spice tea packet
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • 1 C plant-based milk

Blend and top with goodies!

Dark Chocolate Cherry

Peach Banana Berry

  • 1/2 C frozen peaches
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • 1 C plant-based milk

Blend! This one tastes like summer 🙂

Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

  • Handful frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein powder
  • 1 C unsweetened plant milk
  • a few ice cubes

Topped with sun butter and Blender Bomb granola!

That’s all I have for now! I hope to continuously add to this post! I LOVE smoothies and am constantly thinking of new ingredients to blend together.
