Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl (Serves 1)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 C frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/2 C pumpkin puree
- 1/4 C canned coconut milk
- 1/4 C water
- 1 tsp apple pie spice
- 1 T peanut butter powder (or a scoop of your favorite protein powder!)
- 1 T cacao powder
- 1 tsp molasses
Blend everything on high!
