Well, obsessed may be an understatement.

This smoothie bowl makes the perfect post-workout meal since it is packed with protein and vegetables. Enjoy. ❤

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl (Serves 1)

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 C frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 C pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 C canned coconut milk
  • 1/4 C water
  • 1 tsp apple pie spice
  • 1 T peanut butter powder (or a scoop of your favorite protein powder!)
  • 1 T cacao powder
  • 1 tsp molasses

Blend everything on high!
