Happy Fall!
You know what Fall means right?
PUMPKIN.
I am so excited about this recipe! They taste like creamy pumpkin pie…and pumpkin pie is one of my favorite foods. I am so glad the weather is finally cooling off and the leaves are starting to change. Fall truly is my favorite time of the year.
These little pumpkin pie balls are packed with protein, have very little sugar, and make the perfect little treat to eat any time of the day!

Pumpkin Pie Protein Freezer Fudge (V,GF)
- 1 C vanilla protein powder (I used Juice Plus+ Complete)
- 1 C powdered peanut butter
- 1 C almond flour (+ more for coating!)
- 1/2 C pumpkin puree
- 1 T maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp clove
- 1/4 C almond milk
Mix all the ingredients together. Roll into balls. Coat with almond flour. Store in freezer! Makes roughly 40 protein balls.
