I have a simple and easy dinner recipe for you today! This dinner comes together in less than 30 minutes, a win-win in my book.
This meal is packed with protein, healthy fats, and carbs to keep you full throughout the evening. The healthy fats should also help kick any sugar cravings!
Turkey Burgers: Look for fresh or frozen with the only ingredients being turkey & rosemary.
-add 1 T of ghee to a skillet (Thanks Aunt Kati for my new favorite ghee!!! <3 )
-cook according to package
-add a squirt of lime juice to each burger
-add a sprinkle of Tajin classic seasoning
-add a dollop of guacamole and salsa to the finished burger
Roasted Broccoli:
–preheat oven to 425
-cut 2 heads of broccoli into bite-sized pieces
-drizzle 2 T of olive oil
-sprinkle sea salt and pepper over the broccoli
-drizzle 2 T of coconut aminos over broccoli
–roast for 25 minutes
Sweet Potato Fries:
-cut open a bag of Alexia sweet potato fries 😉
-cook according to the package
