Wednesday already? I’ll take it. Since its Wednesday and all, I thought I would share with you what I ate yesterday.
The day started out with a Crossfit workout and a breakfast that has been on repeat…egg casserole and a coconut flour pumpkin muffin!
Later in the day I dug into this lunch:
1/2 a turkey burger and roasted veggies over a bed of spinach.
And a KIND bar!
Later in the day I had another muffin and an apple with sunbutter.
And then for dinner I had my mom’s sloppy joe, some burnt sweet potato fries, and this heavenly acorn squash “candy” from Paleomg. A very, very yellow meal hah!
