Tuna steak is my JAMMMMM. It’s cooks in minutes, is packed with protein, and easily soaks up ALL THE FLAVORS. I have been eating a lot of tuna steak lately since my roomie and I bought a bunch of frozen one’s a few weeks ago. Sadly, I’ve got one left in the freezer. Should I switch things up or go buy more tuna steak? Probs go buy more tuna steak…
Anywho, here’s ya go!
Sesame and Lime Tuna Steak for One!
- One tuna steak
- 1 T Olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp liquid aminos (or soy sauce!)
- Juice of half a lime
- Salt
- Pepper
- Everything but the bagel seasoning
Heat olive oil on a skillet on high heat. Once the skillet is hot add in tuna steak, sesame oil, aminos, and lime juice. Cook for a few minutes on one side and then flip! Sprinkle on salt, pepper, and EBTB seasoning. Cook for a few more minutes. I like the insides to be a little more pink but cook for longer if you would like!
Super simple, easy, and SO GOOD.
