Happy Friday pretty people! I made this super simple salmon dish for my boyfriend and I last night and it turned out delicious! Sometimes those random food ideas I get turn out to be pretty tasty. Salmon is by far my favorite fish of the sea…but only Alaskan salmon…don’t even bring that Atlantic salmon anywhere near me. High maintenance much? HAH. My mom was born and raised in Alaska so she taught me from a young age to look for sockeye salmon and mom’s always know best right? Right!
I hope you enjoy this super simple salmon dish 🙂
