Hiiiiii! I am so excited to share this recipe with you all today. I received the cutest package in the mail and it was filled with heavenly honey cream spreads and cute little button’s with the most adorable saying’s on them. <3
Bumbleberry Farms began with the desire to do something new and different! With a respect for bees and a love for nature, Bumbleberry Farms began sharing their honey and other products from their farm at local farmers markets and craft fairs. From making just a few jars of honey cream for local folks near their Pennsylvania farm to now concocting 100-gallon-bataches, Bumbleberry Farms can be found in Whole Foods and Williams & Sonoma!
Each and every flavor is absolutely amazing! I decided to blend together the maple and cinnamon flavors to create a healthy cookie dough!
I also used a combination of chickpeas and vanilla protein powder to make this cookie dough high protein and the perfect post-workout treat. Personally, I like to just take a spoonful everytime I go in the kitchen. 🙂

Healthy Protein Packed Cookie Dough (GF & Vegan)
- 1 16oz can of chickpeas, rinse and drained
- 1 T cashew butter
- 1 T almond butter
- 2 T tahini (or more almond / cahsew butter!)
- 1 T cinnamon “Sticky Buns” honey cream
- 1 T maple “Squirrel Crazy” honey cream
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used Juice Plus+ Complete)
- crack of pink sea salt
- 2 T maple syrup
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 C dark chocolate chips
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor minus the chocolate chips. Stir in chocolate chips at the end.
