This meal takes 20 minutes to make and only requires a few ingredients!
P.S. You should eat it with a thick slice of sourdough bread because that’s what I did and it was heavenly.
20 Minute Turkey Cabbage Bowls (Paleo, GF)
- 2 lb organic ground turkey
- 1/4 C tamari (GF soy sauce) or coconut aminos
- 2 T olive oil
- head of organic cabbage, sliced thinly
- small yellow onion, diced
- 2 T minced garlic
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1/4 C vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
In a pan, fry up the ground turkey. Once cooked, add in tamari (or coconut aminos), salt and pepper.
In a separate pan, add garlic and onion. Once garlic and onion begin to caramelize add in cabbage. Once cabbage starts to cook through, add in sesame oil, vegetable broth, and salt and pepper to taste.
