Ingredients
1/2Cquick oats
1C milk of choiceI used almond milk
1tspchia seeds
1/2tspcinnamon
1/4tsp ground ginger
dash pink sea salt
2T milled flax seed
1scoop chocolate protein powder
1Tpeanut butter
1/2C berries
Instructions
Combine oats, milk, chia, cinnamon, ginger, and sea salt on the stove top. Cook until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat. Stir in flax seed and protein powder. Top with peanut butter and berries!
