Preheat oven to 350. Combine oats, cinnamon, ginger, salt, flax, walnuts, and cranberries in a large mixing bowl. In a separate small bowl microwave the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla for 45 seconds (until creamy and combined well). Add almond butter mixture to oat mixture. Spread out mixture on cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes. Once done, let the mixture cool completely!! This is important - when it is completely cooled it creates the perfect chunky granola cluster. Enjoy!
