Feta & Dill Crusted Salmon

A super simple salmon dish that is a healthy and light addition to your weeknight dinner!

Ingredients

  • 3 6 oz Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Filets
  • 2 tbsp dill weed puree Aroma One Organics
  • 1/4 cup feta crumbles
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp Greek seasoning Cavender's

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425. Rinse and pat dry salmon filets. Place salmon skin-side down on a baking sheet. Combine dill, feta, olive oil, juice from 1/2 the lemon, and seasoning in a bowl until well combined. Top salmon with mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until salmon is flaky. When the salmon is finished, squeeze the other half of the lemon over it!
