

No-Bake Cookie Oatmeal
The classic no-bake cookie, peanut butter chocolatey goodness, in oatmeal form!
Ingredients
- 1/2 C quick oats
- 1 C milk of choice I used almond milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- dash pink sea salt
- 2 T milled flax seed
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 T peanut butter
- 1/2 C berries
Instructions
- Combine oats, milk, chia, cinnamon, ginger, and sea salt on the stove top. Cook until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat. Stir in flax seed and protein powder. Top with peanut butter and berries!
