This is a super quick recipe to throw together and bake. It is full of healthy fats and fiber to keep you full all morning long. I recommend enjoying with a BIG scoop of your favorite nut butter. Enjoy 🙂

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Bake
a warm and cozy oatmeal bake to keep you satisfied all morning long – full of healthy fats and fiber!
Ingredients
- 2.5 C quick cook oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp milled flax seeds
- 0.5 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 0.5 tbsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp pink sea salt
- 1/4 C butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 C maple syrup
- 1/4 C unsweetened apple sauce
- 1.5 C unsweetened almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 small pink lady apples
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375. Combine quick oats, chia seeds, flax seed, cinnamon, ginger, and sea salt in a bowl. Whisk eggs together in a separate bowl. Melt butter and add in vanilla extract, maple syrup, applesauce, milk, and whisked eggs. Combine liquid ingredients with dry ingredients. Dice apples into small chunks. Fold apples into oatmeal mixture. Pour into 8×8 greased pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool. Serve with your favorite nut butter! Can keep up to 1 week in the fridge.
