Good morning! Happy Sunday! Is there anything better than the smell of granola baking away in the kitchen? Maybe the smell of coffee brewing…or chocolate chip cookies in the oven… those would all tie for first place in my book!
This granola is the BEST – it is inspired by a granola recipe my Uncle Casey makes. He is a chef so you know the inspiration comes from a good place!
I can barely keep this granola in the house because it goes so quickly! Luckily, it only takes 20 minutes to make! Feel free to add your own spin on things – switch up the nutter butter, add different dried fruits, etc. GO CRAZY!! And Enjoy 🙂

Easy Peasy Granola!
Ingredients
- 3 C Rolled Oats
- 2 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 1 tsp ginger, ground
- dash salt
- 1 tbsp flax seed, milled
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- drizzle honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Combine oats, cinnamon, ginger, salt, flax, walnuts, and cranberries in a large mixing bowl. In a separate small bowl microwave the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla for 45 seconds (until creamy and combined well). Add almond butter mixture to oat mixture. Spread out mixture on cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes. Once done, let the mixture cool completely!! This is important – when it is completely cooled it creates the perfect chunky granola cluster. Enjoy!
