I have been quarantined for almost two weeks now and I am REALLY looking forward to going back to work next week and getting back into a routine. I made breakfast for my family one day! Eggs and mini protein waffles are always a good idea 🙂
Now, Orthodox friends, please don’t hate me for posting this steak during the fast…but my boyfriend made this for me and I couldn’t turn it down OK? It was darn tasty….and so were those sweet potatoes! I roasted them at 425 for about 25 minutes with olive oil, salt, pepper, cinnamon, and a little stevia sweetened brown sugar.
I have been LOVING peanut butter toast in the mornings. Nothing original about it, but a classic is a classic for a reason! When I get hooked on a breakfast, I really get hooked! I have been eating peanut butter toast for weeks now and I am still not sick of it. I usually eat a yogurt a few hours later for some protein.
The other night Leon and I played checkers and he said “you won’t be upset when I crush you right”? And I shyly said “go for it! I suck at checkers…”. I lied y’all…I crushed his a*s!!!!!
Look at this cutie Oslo boy! He got his balls chopped off yesterday but is recovering well 🙂
My mom and I split a Funky Bean chicken salad the other day for lunch and it was so yummy!! If you haven’t had their chicken salad, you are missing out. I dare say it is the best chicken salad in all of Bowling Green.
Owen and I have been going on several walks, surprise surprise!! LOL. I love our walks together!
I was cracking up at my own outfit the other day guys…this is what I call “Quarantine Chic”. How to achieve this look…
- Workout in the morning
- Immediately run errands with your mom after while wearing the same sweaty sports bra / tank top but put on a pair of shorts/Tevas
- Go on 2 – 3 dog walks STILL wearing the same sweaty sports bar / tank top
- Wear the same sweaty sports bra/tank top all day and don’t officially shower until 9:00 PM.
I recognize this is disgusting… also, I should say…I stayed in the car during the errands since I am technically quarantined 🙂
I also turned in my LAST BIOSTATS assignment last night and I feel on top of the world!! My sweet boyfriend got me flowers and peanut M&Ms to celebrate! He is so good to me. He also made me tacos!! My favorite are the ones he makes.
And here we are, snoozing on this rainy day and eating peanut butter toast. I hope you all have the best day ever! I am off to upload my second podcast!! Bye 🙂
