Good morning and happy Sunday! π I have blueberry muffins in the over, Owen snuggled up next to me, and a hot cup of coffee – the perfect Sunday morning! Plus, it’s sunny outside. I thought I would start on my recap post before I teach Sunday school in the next hour. Let’s take things back to last Thursday.

I needed to stretch my legs so I wandered on down to the treadmill. I am over the snow! It’s pretty and all but I can’t stand being cooped up. I walked two miles and ran two miles. I love reading while I walk on the treadmill because it passes time quickly. After I finished I munched on a yogurt with Cheerios.
I spent the rest of the afternoon working and reading some more. For dinner I made us roasted sweet potatoes, broccoli, and turkey burgers! This is one of my favorite quick and healthy meals. Plus, it makes perfect leftovers π I also ate one of my mom’s homemade pretzels on the side!

A few hours later we settled in to watch a few episodes of Longmire while I munched on popcorn and M&Ms. We have one episode left to finish and I don’t know what we will do when it’s done! We have loved this show!

The next morning I woke up and made a beeline for the coffee pot! A few hours later I made an egg + egg white with english muffin. I have been loving half peanut butter and half nutella on my english muffins!

After working for a while I made a quick wrap for lunch! This wrap had spicy hummus, mustard, a turkey burger, and spring mix. So tasty!

How cute is my little Owen?! I ADORE him.

Once work was over I enjoyed reading my book while I ate a cup of yogurt with banana chips and chocolate chips.

We spent the evening with my parents eating chips and guacamole and playing Monopoly Deal. Owen was ready for bed after playing so much with my sisters dog π

On Saturday morning I was up super early! I let the dogs out, made coffee, did my devotional, and wrote out a super tough workout! About 30 minutes before my workout I had an english muffin to power me through.
I was DRENCHED in sweat. Here was my workout:
Warmup: Run 1 mile (0.5 slow & 0.5 as fast as you can)
C1: 3 rounds x 10 sets of split squats, goblet squats, & skiiers
C2: 3 rounds x 12 sets of burpees, walk out to shoulder taps, & front to back lunges
C3: 3 rounds x 20 sets of leg raises, russian twists, plank jacks, & flutter kicks
Cooldown: Walk 1 mile & stretch

After my workout I chugged a bunch water and ate a yogurt with a few tablespoons of flax stirred in. Super tasty!

I showered off, got ready for the day, and made a nice lunch! I had a side salad with honey mustard vinaigrette, a turkey burger, and few veggies. I love putting that spicy hummus on turkey burgers, eggs, veggies, and crackers!

We watched a few episodes of Longmire and drink some coffee π

Best buds!!!

I wore the same outfit I wore on Wednesday because I love this sweater and headband!

Then we ventured into town to run a few errands. He ended up buying a new comforter and I got a dress and some ginger candy. Everyone in town seemed to be shopping so I was more than ready to go home.

We stopped at Kroger so I could pick up a few things. I wanted to make us a fun nonalcoholic drink to have before dinner. This ended up being super tasty! I blended frozen mango with ice, lime juice, and a pineapple Bai bubbles drink. This would taste so good in the summer! I can’t wait to try other flavor combos.

We had some chips, salsa, and guac while I made us our favorite FlatOut wrap pizzas. My pizza had a FlatOut wrap, pizza sauce, a little cheese, pineapple, and turkey pepperonis. The whole pizza comes out to around 300 calories which is less than 1 slice of most pizzas.
And now I will leave you with this super pretty blueberry muffin that I made π I hope you all have a fantastic Sunday! Thanks for stopping by the blog today!!
