Hi, hey, hello 🙂 I am snuggled up on another cozy snow day with Fuller House playing in the background. Don’t judge me…I love this feel good show 🙂 I love those shows where the only thing bad that happens is the dog eats someone’s homework, haha! Lettuce catch up on these last few days! I finally finished my book and I am on the the next on in the series 🙂 I went for a 2 mile run and 2 mile walk on the treadmill on Monday and then enjoyed a pizza-inspired egg scramble with a side of spicy hummus.
For dinner we had crockpot salsa chicken, rice, cheese, and a side of chips with spinach dip. Not the most nutritious but we were limited on groceries with all the snow 🙂
We ended our night with The Bachelor and popcorn and M&Ms. I only like watching this show with others. I think the show is actually kind of annoying and predictable – the girls can be SO MEAN! – but it’s fun to watch with someone else for some reason LOL. We were actually out of M&M’s but my boyfriend insisted he walk to the gas station and get me some. He was gone for quite a while and I was starting to worry…when he finally came back he told me he was helping a few people get their cars out of the snow. He’s a dream boat and the kindest man I have ever met!

For breakfast I was up early! I let the dogs out and then had the rest of the blueberry scones (don’t worry my love, I bought stuff to make more 🙂 ) with a side of eggs and a slice of bacon!
A few hours later I made a circuit for myself to do! It took me about 40 minutes and it was a great and quick workout with no equipment! After my workout I had a greek yogurt with a spoonful of peanut butter and some chocolate chips. Owen always finishes my yogurt cups to get all the remaining yogurt left!

We made our way in the snow to the Dollar General so we could pick up a few staples. I ended up making us chili and cornbread for dinner!
The next day I headed to my parents house to get ready for work. I made a quick breakfast sandwich with turkey sausage and an egg on an english muffin.

And then I was off to work!!!

I had to document how presentable I looked! Sometimes when I go days without makeup…I forget that I can actually look like a girl! LOL

I stopped by the library on the way to work to pick up some reading material for the next few days.

I left work and headed straight to Meijer to stock up on a few groceries before another snow storm hit. Meijer is a dangerous place…I could spend too much money on fun snacks at that place!

I ended up drinking coffee, reading, and enjoying a yogurt while I waited for my boyfriend to get back from work.

I made us leftover chili and salads for dinner!

I ended up falling asleep early! I couldn’t keep my eyes open any longer. When I woke up I let the dogs out and thought I would be a good girlfriend and get his car all warmed up and ready to go for work! …Unfortunately, I ended up locking his keys in his running car. Luckily I got ahold of a locksmith to get his car open and he ended up only being a few minutes late for work! I felt so bad!! Once all of that was settled, I snuggled up coffee and did my devotional. An hour later I made 1 egg + 1 egg white with 1/2 a slice of smoked gouda cheese and a peanut butter / nutella english muffin on the side.
I hope you all have the best day today! Thanks for stopping by the blog 🙂 I plan on working out, getting some work in, and reading! I think I will make turkey burgers for dinner!
