
Good morning, good morning!! How are you all? I am snuggled up with my cup of coffee and Owen by my side while I write this recap post. I don’t have too much going on today – just work, a walk, and a workout! I think I will make homemade chicken soup tonight. That sounds delicious with these colder temps!
Lettuce take this recap back to last Friday 🙂 I went on a 4 mile run/walk with Owen after work. The weather was perfect!

For dinner I had a mediterranean chopped salad and a some Dominos pizza!

Saturday morning I had to be up bright and early to work a vaccine clinic. I don’t mind waking up early though. Plus, look at the sunrise! 🙂

A few hours later I took a 10 minute break to eat half a breakfast sandwich. I love the everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese at Q coffee.

A little later I took my lunch break. The facility did not have a microwave and a cold quesadilla did not sound appealing so I ate my salad and munched on a million lifesaver candies – LOL. It was a pretty stressful day so I asked my boyfriend to meet me for dinner. I treated myself to a sangria or two…it was a long day!

I also ordered a salmon caesar salad and a side of fries. Pub is one of my favorite restaurants in town!


We were both STUFFED. I ran home to grab Owen and then when I got to his place we made a late night cup of coffee and watched Longmire.

It was the perfect Saturday night! I woke up early on Sunday to make coffee and prepare for my Sunday school lesson. About an hour after I woke up I ate a little granola bar with my coffee.

Once Sunday school had ended, I whipped up some real breakfast! I made bacon, eggs, and protein pancakes 🙂

After our food digested, we took the dogs on a 3 mile walk/run.

I came back to do a serious of planks and stretches. We then went to the grocery store to grab snacks and dinner supplies. When we got to the grocery store we were like “why is it packed in here?”…we had no idea it was Superbowl Sunday! LOL We are clearly really into sports…

We snacked on spicy hummus, pita chips, pimento cheese, and cheese and crackers while we watched Longmire.

He is my favorite human 🙂

For dinner I made us roasted potatoes, broccoli, and salmon! Everything turned out so good!!
A little while later we enjoyed popcorn and m&m’s while watching our show!
Monday morning I wasn’t feeling the best but luckily I had a the cutest little cuddle bug!

A few hours later I had an egg, bacon, and few protein pancakes while I worked!

For a late lunch I had a random mix of leftovers!


I was super excited that my Prose hair products finally came in. I have been having terrible scalp issues and I am excited to see if these products help!
Owen and I also went on a 5 mile walk/run together 🙂
For Bachelor night dinner we had bread, wine, and a delicious pot roast! I love my mom’s pot roast! I hope to be half as good a cook as she is one day.
