Hello, hello, hello!! I hope you all are doing well! I wanted to pop on here real quick to share with you our short and sweet Thanksgiving. Dare I say it was the best one yet? Since it was just our family and a few others, the day was VERY stress free.
I spent most of the morning cuddling the puppies, drinking lots of coffee, and snacking on butter cookies for breakfast. How crazy talented is my sister?! I wish I had her artistic abilities…or any artistic abilities for that matter.

Around 12:30 I switched from snacking on butter cookies to snacking on cheese, deer meat, and crackers. Yay for snacks!

I also switched to sipping on mulling spices…gosh I love that stuff. We make it every year! 🙂

We even kept the decor simple too!! Which I loved.

The food this year was INCREDIBLE! My sweet friend Ie came over and experienced her first Thanksgiving. She brought us homemade spring rolls and they were heavenly! Sadly, I didn’t get a picture of my pumpkin pie…but darn did I make a good one! Once we were all incredibly full we played Cards Against Humanity and sipped on wine.

The night ended early as I fell asleep full and VERY happy!!
The next day we headed to Big Lots to start decorating his apartment! I just love Christmas decorations, don’t you?! Look at those nutcrackers! They were passed down from his grandmother 🙂
That’s all I got today! Hope you enjoyed the snow if you are in Kentucky 🙂
