I stopping in to fill you in (or fill you up???) on this blueberry pie oatmeal recipe that is AMAZING.
You must make this….like, go make it right now!
Makes one serving but can be easily doubled, tripled, etc. 🙂
Blueberry Pie Oatmeal
- 1/4 C oats
- 1/2 C almond milk
- 1/4 C water
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 a banana, diced
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 C frozen wild blueberries
- 1 T dark chocolate chips
- drizzle of almond butter (I used maple!)
- You can top with more nuts too if you would like!
Whisk together oats, milk, water, and sea salt. Once the oats begin to bubble add in cinnamon and banana. Once the liquid has been absorbed, stir in protein powder and wild blueberries. Top with chocolate chips and almond butter and try not to drool all over your bowl when you do 🙂
