Apple Pie Overnight Oats

I’ve got an easy peazy recipe for you today! This recipe is perfect if you need a quick and healthy breakfast on the go!

Apple Pie Overnight Oats

(Serves 1)

  • 1/4 C oats
  • 1/4 C almond milk egg nog*
  • 1/2 C unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

*If you do not have egg nog sub for 1/4 C water + a few drops of vanilla stevia or 1 tsp of maple syrup

Sauté apple in cinnamon & 1 tsp maple syrup on the stove – mix together 1/4 C oats, 1/4 C almond milk egg nog, 1/2 C unsweetened almond milk, 1 tsp chia seeds, & cinnamon in a jar – top with sautéed apples – leave in fridge overnight & top with almond butter & dark chocolate chips the next day.
