Well HELLOOOO THERE!! I have missed you. Life has been an emotional rollercoaster lately so I took a break from my little corner of the internet. “Adulting” is T.O.U.G.H.
But I’m here now so lettuce recap this past week of all the wonderful Christmas-y things.
My mom picked up this sweater weather coffee from a local coffee shop in town and I LOVE it. I usually sip on this blend in the afternoons when I get the coffee craving.

The day before Christmas I prepped a bunch of goodies!! Christmas Crack from @broccyourbody and peanut brittle from @simplytaralynn.Ā
My Christmas day was pure bliss. We got home from our midnight service at Church around 2:00 am and I was more than ready to hop into bed. Owen woke me up around 6:30 later that morning so I decided to get the cinnamon rolls in the oven and brew some coffee. I watched A Christmas Story with my parents while my siblings slept in.Ā

These are my FAVORITE cinnamon rolls –> CLICK HERE! I have been making them for the past 3 years and they are always a hit.

Owen was eyeing my cinnamon roll all morning…I could only eat half and then he got a hold of it!

We opened presents slowly around 11:30 and then around 1:30 I was ready to get moving! Owen and I went on a short run around the neighborhood before I did a circuit in the basement. Gotta love those endorphins!

After a quick shower I started helping my mom prepare the Christmas dinner!

We had roasted carrots, roasted brussels sprouts with a mustard aioli, green beans, scallop potatoes, garlic salad, and honey ham. Everything was insanely delicious.

The night ended with board games and apple pie. What a wonderful Christmas it was! Christ is born! Glorify Him!

Today I had a quick lunch of GF avo toast with an egg and a piece of PB toast.

And now I am in my favorite corner of my room writing away! I hope you had a wonderful holiday. Talk soon? OK š
