Good morning! I am VERY excited to share this quick and simple recipe with you all today. It’s no secret protein bites are my favorite food group. I make a big batch for my family and I (read: just me), to eat all week long.
These pumpkin spice protein balls are simple to make and taste delicious. I love enjoying mine with a cup of coffee after my morning workout.
Pumpkin Spice Protein Bites
- 1/2 C Vanilla Plant Based Protein (I use Juice Plus+ Complete)
- 3/4 C peanut butter
- 1/2 C honey
- 1/4 C pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 2 T mini dark chocolate chips (I love Enjoy Life!)
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl – roll into roughly 20 mini balls – store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks (If they last that long!)
