Hi, hi, hi!! I am happy to bring back a little lunchbox segment. I am working from 8:30 to 6:30 today so I knew I needed lots of fuel to keep me going. For breakfast I ate some oatmeal, which I know will keep me full until lunch. You can find the recipe I used HERE!
Lettuce look inside today’s lunchbox:
-Baby lettuce with tomatoes, Safe Catch Tuna, and Tessemae’s avocado ranch
–Applegate pepperonis, a pickles, and spicy brown mustard
-A gala apple with cinnamon, 1 Emmy’s organic PB coconut cookie
-A few gluten-free almond crackers
-1 dark chocolate PB cup
I also brought a few sparkling waters to perk me up!
