So, these little guys don’t last long in my house. I think my dad and I manage to snag one every time we pass the fridge…no shame. My mom recently joked that my dad can never seem to close the lid when he gets one, well, I think it may be because he knows we both will be back in a little while for more! LOL.
I can’t wait to hear what you think of these because you HAVE to make them! They are quick, tasty, filling, and taste just like a chocolate no-bake cookie…AKA the BEST cookie of all time.
PB&Chocolate Protein Bites
(Makes roughly 20-25 T bites)
- 1 C oats
- 1/2 C peanut butter
- 1/2 C honey
- 2 scoops chocolate plant-based protein powder (I love Juice Plus+ Complete)
- 1/4 C dairy-free chocolate chips (I love Enjoy Life!)
Combine all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl – roll into tablespoons – store in the fridge for up to two weeks…but they won’t last that long 😉
