Happy Tuesday pretty people! Things have been crazy for me lately so I haven’t had much time to blog. School is in full swing and I have been busy at work preparing for our biggest day of the year, the health and wellness fair for students! I am really looking forward to graduation in a few months and blogging A LOT more because I will be officially done with school. I need a little break from school work and planning my life so here’s a quick look at some of the things I have been up to this last week.
The kind people at Acai of America sent me over some acai to try and I made acai bowls with it!
✨ACAÍ✨ a powerful berry high in healthy fats, low in sugar & packed with zinc, magnesium, & potassium. They are also a major ANTIOXIDANT ➡️ hello glowing skin 👏🏼they also boost healthy cholesterol & brain power & have been known to prevent cancer.
I drank A LOT of smoothies…what’s new? This one was Matcha! I needed all the energy from the matcha I could get I have been so sleepy.
Matcha Green Tea Smoothie:
1/2 frozen banana, ice, almond milk, 1 tsp matcha, cinnamon, vanilla protein powder – BLEND!
Friday I had a business meeting about an hour away. We went to the cutest coffee shop called Vibe coffee! I was OBSESSED with this place. They had amazing coffee, the best acai bowls, and they were connected to a health food store to make one giant store. If I lived in Elizabethtown I would never leave!
I ordered two more personal growth books and I cannot wait to dive in! I really need to get cracking on that positive thinking book!
Saturday I attended a personal growth seminar with my sweetest friend Holly! We went to True Food Kitchen and Trader Joe’s afterwards. Basically Saturday was a day filled with all my favorite things!
Sunday I had a salad-in-a-jar party where we meal prepped salads for the week. It was so much fun and I am so glad I got to hang out with ladies who attended!
And now, I leave you with a photo of this little guy….ugh, his cuteness just kills me!
I hope you have the most amazing week! I will be writing a blog post to celebrate my 3 years of Lettuce Attend so stayed tuned for that!
