I wanted to share 5 things I have been loving lately that are making me smile or are making life a little easier.

I haven’t found a flavor I don’t like! These little cookies are vegan and gluten-free and they are only made with a few ingredients: organic coconut, organic agave syrup, organic almond flour, organic coconut oil, organic vanilla extract, organic vanilla bean powder, Himalayan salt.
Perfect treat with a cup of coffee!
2. Pumpkin Spice Creamer
Alright, who doesn’t love pumpkin spice right now?!? Weirdos, that’s who. Can we even trust people who don’t like pumpkin spice…no, we can’t. I have been using the Coffee Mate Natural Bliss brand and rhis creamer is SOO wonderful in my cup of coffee in the morning. Tastes like a hug in a mug. No joke.
3. Anything Hoizer and anything Bon Iver
My favorite Fall weather music. I’ve been blasting Hoizer and Bon Iver everywhere I go. <3
4. Three mile runs
I have been running three miles a few times a week and it’s the perfect distance for me right now. I can knock it out pretty quickly and I am always in the best mood after I run. Hopefully I can bump up my mileage soon! I want to get back to running long distance.
5. Pumpkin Pie Protein Freezer Fudge
I made these little pumpkin pie protein bites last Saturday and I still think they are pretty freaking amazing. They are the perfect post-run treat!
