I can’t believe it is already Wednesday! And I can’t believe it is almost the end of June. Summer goes by so fast! I have been keeping busy with 2 part-time jobs, Crossfit, and these summer classes.
I thought I would pop in real quick to show you guys what I ate yesterday before I get back to studying. I was super busy yesterday so meals were simple!
breakfast
2 eggs, 1 egg white, pink salt + pepper, plus a PB Perfect Bar (found at Kroger). I didn’t even bother dirtying a plate…I ate the eggs straight out of the pan. #classy.
lunch
This lunch has been on repeat for me because it doesn’t require any thought and comes together fast. Turkey burger, kale, spring mix, and Tessemae’s honey mustard dressing (found at Meijer). Sorry for the repeat photo!
snack
I packed a bunch of blackberries to eat while I was at work! Plus, I made myself a little iced coffee.
dinner
I knew I would be working pretty late at my other job, so my parents brought me over dinner. Broccoli, mushrooms, and bacon and then the BEST chicken I have ever had. My mom stuffed organic chicken with spinach, grass-fed cheese, and bacon. So so so so good!
I ended the night with some FREE vanilla frozen yogurt with strawberries and almonds.
