Eats + An Update

Hello! Hello!

I have some time to kill before my Bio class so I thought I would pop in to say Hi, show you what I have been eating lately, and give a quick update on life this week.

This week has been very busy and exhausting. I think it has been more exhausting do to this awful heat. Luckily today it is cloudy with a nice breeze, but Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nearly gave me heat stroke. Which is why I have been chugging almost 2 gallons of water a day (and peeing every 2 seconds…) and I have been eating lots of fruits and vegetables. I have also been eating more meat because my body’s craving it and I’m just gunna roll with that.


For lunch yesterday (Wednesday) at work I had: carrots and hummus, a big hunk of my veg/turkey sausage egg bake, some tortilla strips and then I saved the fruit for a snack later because I was stuffed.

IMG_1653That night I also had a Panera green goddess salad that my mom brought home for me. She’s a Saint I tell ya.


Before a Bible study today I had some coffee and carrots. In case you were wondering, this was a nasty combo. hah!

IMG_1660I didn’t have time to pack a lunch today so I went to the food court to get some brown rice, sweet n’ sour tofu w/ peppers and pineapple, and some turkey. This was one of those meals that looks super tasty but actually tasted like nothing. I was pretty disappointed so I only had a couple bits of everything and then tossed most of it.

IMG_1661Which is why an hour after that I am eating this fruit cup. Peaches, pineapple, and blackberries ❤

And the liquid from my fruit totally leaked out and now everything in my backpack is sticky. Yay!

Well, I should probably study for my anatomy quiz. Wish me luck.
