Hi Friends!
I know I have been a little MIA lately but I am back now! There has been lots of babysitting, appointments, and just some much-needed rest going on before I go back to school in a couple of weeks. I also have not really taken any pictures lately so I will just share with you what I do have, sound good? Good.
There has been a lot, A LOT, of PB&J on sprouted toast (and Barrett’s mom’s homemade jelly!), eggs w/ spinach, and yogurt eaten.
Several yogurt bowls w/ fruit and Mamma Chia granola, and some random Simple Truth graham crackers I needed to use up.
And some pancakes were eaten on Saturday using a recipe from @Rachaelsgoodeats
Wondering where the actual vegetables are? Me too.
Just kidding, I still eat a lot of vegetables. I have just forgotten to take a picture of them lately. I will try to get back in the swing of things though!
