So I am sure you’re thinking, what the heck is that?! Well, it’s chia seed pudding! Super easy, super healthy, and super satisfying!
I ran 5 miles with my amazing mom today, so I knew I would need a denser snack to hold me over until lunch. This snack did the trick!
Easy Chia Pudding
-2 Tbsp chia seeds
-1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1 Tbsp cacao powder
-1 Tbsp maple syrup
-dash of cinnamon
-4 strawberries, diced
-1 spoonful AB
*Combine all the ingredients except the AB. Let sit in the fridge for 2+ hours. Stir in AB when ready to devour.
